数字经济赋能乡村发展的关键问题研究

Research on key issues of digital economy enabling rural development

当前,数字经济赋能我国乡村发展取得了显著成绩,但依然存在不均衡、不充分等问题。从数字经济赋能乡村发展的供需两侧入手,总结分析供给侧短板和需求侧限制性因素,并结合乡村振兴、数字乡村等国家战略目标,提出全方位提升供给侧能力和多举措降低需求侧限制性因素影响的建议。

At present,the digital economy has made remarkable achievements in Chinese rural development,but there are still some problems,such as imbalance and insufficiency.Starting from the supply and demand sides of digital economy enabling rural development,this paper summarizes and analyzes the short board on the supply side and the restrictive factors on the demand side,and puts forward suggestions on comprehensively improving the supply side capacity and taking multiple measures to reduce the influence of restrictive factors on the demand side in combination with the national strategic objectives of rural revitalization and digital village.
