拟剧理论视野下真实的师生关系构建:现状、理路与策略

摘要 建立真实的师生关系是实现平等沟通,优化教学效果的关键。从教育场域的博弈关系来看,师生关系存在话语权、教育资源、价值裁量权三重博弈。师生关系的戏剧化呈现与不真实性,其成因在于前台与后台的巨大差异。拟剧理论背景下师生真实关系构建的策略在于,首先,运用教师形象的多维传播以促进教师的身份构建与认同;其次,传播环境里实现教师专业性话语与日常性话语的均衡与渗透;第三,教育环节中多元主体参与下的价值协商与理念共谋以促进共识的达成;第四,传播路径上运用新媒体赋能知识生成与传播,推动师生间关系的平等。 Establishing a real teacher-student relationship is the key to realize equal communication and optimize teaching effect.From the perspective of the game relationship in the field of education,the teacher-student relationship has three games of discourse power,educational resources and value discretion.The dramatic presentation and unreality of the teacher-student relationship are caused by the huge difference between the foreground and the background.The strategies of constructing the authentic relationship between teachers and students under the background of drama theory are as follows:firstly,the multi-dimensional communication of teacher image is used to promote the construction and identification of teacher’s identity.Secondly,the communication environment to achieve the balance and penetration of teachers’professional discourse and daily discourse.Thirdly,value negotiation and idea collusion under the participation of multiple subjects in the educational link can promote consensus.Fourthly,the generation and dissemination of knowledge empowered by new media should be adopted in the transmission path to promote the equality of the relationship between teachers and students.
