为探析隧道工程TBM装机的重难点及组装施工的应用,结合工程实例,立足TBM装机重难点,分析了TBM组装施工以及调试的要点。分析得到:在隧道工程施工中,经常会用到TBM设备,但隧道空间有限,TBM装机难度比较大,需要结合隧道工程的实际情况,制定有效的组装施工方案,并加强调试,才能最大限上提升TBM的应用效果。

In order to analyze the key and difficult points of TBM installation and the application of assembly construction in tunnel engineering,the highlights of TBM assembly construction and commissioning are analyzed,based on engineering examples as well as the key and difficult points of installation.The analysis shows that TBM equipment is often used in tunnel construction,but the tunnel space is limited,which makes it difficult to install TBM. Therefore,it is necessary to formulate effective assembly construction scheme and strengthen debugging in combination with the actual situation of tunnel engineering,so as to maximize the application effect of TBM.
