摘要
疫情背景下,实践教学的线上线下融合教学势在必行。但是现实许多实践老师不适应线上教学,缺乏线上教学的能力和主动性。为进一步推进实践课线上线下融合教学,以高职院校实践教师为研究对象,比较其差异,分析归纳影响其参与线上线下融合教学意愿态度的因素;同时探讨提升实践老师适应线上线下融合教学的对策,为高职院校制定政策提供决策参考。
Under the background of epidemic situation,it is imperative to integrate online and offline teaching of practical teaching.However,in reality, many practice training teachers do not adapt to online teaching and lack the ability and initiative of online teaching.In order to further promote the integration of online and offline teaching of practical courses,this study takes practice training teachers in vocational colleges as the research object,compares their differences,and analyzes and summarizes the factors affecting their willingness and attitude to participate in the integration of online and offline teaching.At the same time,it discusses the countermeasures to improve practice teachers’ adaptability to online and offline integrated teaching,and provides decision-making reference for higher vocational colleges to formulate policies.
