摘要
在全球经济的迅速发展和科技的日新月异的背景下, 创新行为已成为关乎企业生死存亡的重要因素,而领导类型对于员工的行为影响研究一直是当下的一个热点问题。通过对之前已有的文献研究进行梳理综述,将魅力领导分为公权魅力领导和私权魅力领导,随后针对四个变量间的关系提出六条假设,通过实证分析研究出变量之间的关系。将魅力领导理论进一步完善,推进人力资源管理理论和创新行为理论研究,并为企业创新行为的产生提出现实建议。
In the context of the rapid development of global economy and technology,innovation behavior has become an important factor for the survival of enterprises,and the research on the impact of leadership type on employee behavior has always been a hot issue at present.Through the review of the existing literature research,charismatic leadership is divided into public charismatic leadership and private charismatic leadership.Then, six hypotheses are proposed for the relationship between the four variables in this paper,and the relationship between the variables is studied through empirical analysis.To further improve the charismatic leadership theory,promote the research of human resource management theory and innovation behavior theory,and put forward practical suggestions for the emergence of enterprise innovation behavior.
