电力企业安全评估系统的设计与实现

摘要 为了准确评估电力企业安全,设计一款电力企业安全评估系统。该系统基于支持向量机进行开发,分为数据层、业务逻辑层以及表示层。用户在表示层下达评估指令,并将其传输至业务逻辑层,业务逻辑层围绕用户所需评估的电力企业信息安全评估问题类型,在数据库中使用基于模糊聚类分析的电力企业信息样本聚类方法,实现电力企业安全评价时的样本聚类与变量预处理。针对聚类与预处理后的电力企业安全评估数据,构建基于支持向量机的电力企业安全评估模型,并将评估结果传输至表示层,在操作界面反馈至用户。经实验验证,本研究所设计系统评估值与实际故障损失电量的差值很小,评估精度较高。 In order to accurately assess the safety of electric power enterprises,a safety assessment system for electric power enterprises is designed.The system is developed based on support vector machines and is divided into data layer,business logic layer and presentation layer.The user issues evaluation instructions at the presentation layer and transmits them to the business logic layer.The business logic layer focuses on the types of power enterprise information safety assessment questions that users need to evaluate,and uses fuzzy cluster analysis-based power enterprise information sample clustering in the database method,to realize the sample clustering and variable preprocessing in the safety evaluation of power enterprises.Based on the clustered and preprocessed power company safety evaluation data,a support vector machine-based power company safety evaluation model is constructed,and the evaluation results are transmitted to the presentation layer and fed back to the user on the operation interface.Experimental verification shows that the difference between the estimated value of the system designed by this research and the actual power loss due to failure is small,and the evaluation accuracy is high.
