“互联网+大数据”下电力客户精准账单推送研究

摘要 账单作为考量用户花销的主要媒介,涵盖了大量的基本费用信息,而传统的电力客户账单推送方法中数据分析力度较小,导致推送的账单只含有单一用电信息,没有分层细化推送内容。为此,提出一种在“互联网+大数据”条件下电力客户分层精准账单推送方法。该方法利用互联网采集客户用电轨迹,并通过计算数据类间距设置用电信息分层。在此基础上,使用大数据分析技术构建客户用电分析模型,然后采用自适应调度算法推送电力账单,从而实现账单的分层精准推送。测试结果表明:该方法细化了用电信息,有具体的内容分层,提升了用电客户对电力账单推送的满意度。由此可见,该方法能够满足用电客户对账单信息精准推送的要求。 As the main medium for considering user expenditure,bill covers a large amount of basic cost information.However,in the traditional power customer bill push method,the data analysis intensity is relatively small,so the bill pushed only contains single information about electricity consumption and there is no stratified and detailed push contents.To this end,the stratified and accurate bill push method for power customers under the condition of"Internet+big data"is studied.This method uses the Internet to collect the electricity consumption track of customers,and sets the electricity consumption information layer by calculating the data class spacing.On this basis,the big data analysis technology is used to build the customer electricity analysis model,and the adaptive scheduling algorithm is used to push the power bill,so as to realize the stratified accurate push of the bill.The test results show that this method refines the information of electricity consumption with specific contents layered,and improves the customer's satisfaction with the power bill push.It can be seen that this method can meet the requirements of accurate push of billing information of electricity customers.
