摘要 为了降低配电网线路总长度与建设费用,提出基于三维地理信息的配电网线路布局规划方法。在电网GIS数据库的基础上,将配电网总负荷、新添高压线路投入资本、电网变电所年费等作为目标变量,建立配电网变电所的多目标优化规划模型。以此为基础将电网年费作为目标函数,将辐射状网架结构、变电站容载比、线路负载和最大电压损耗等作为约束条件,得到配电网线路布局规划结果。实验结果表明,所提出的方法可实现变电所规划布局效果的最大化,规划后的配电网线路总费用和总长度均较低,节约了配电网投资成本,实际应用效果好。 In order to reduce the total length and construction cost of distribution network,a distribution network layout planning method based on 3D geographic information is proposed.Based on the GIS database of power grid,a multi-objective optimization planning model of distribution network substation is established,and the total load of distribution network,investment capital of newly added high-voltage lines and annual cost of power grid substation are used as objectives.On this basis,the annual cost of power grid is taken as the objective function,and the radial grid structure,substation capacity load ratio,line load and maximum voltage loss are taken as constraints to obtain the distribution network line layout planning results.The experimental results show that the proposed method can maximize the effect of substation layout,and the total cost and length of distribution network lines after planning are low,which saves the investment cost of distribution network,and has good practical application effect.
