摘要 以优化为目标,构建了一种新的带传动系统的仿真模型。首先,以同步带传动系统为研究对象,阐述了带传动系统的基本结构与工作原理。其次,对同步带传动系统进行了动力学分析,得到了同步带的动力学特性。最后,在进行动力学分析的基础上,利用AMESim分别搭建了带传动系统的,理想弹性模型、理想粘性模型、理想粘弹模型,并进行了系统仿真。通过对三种模型仿真结果的对比分析,表明理想粘性模型与理想弹性、粘性模型相比较误差较小,提高了带传动系统仿真的可靠性,为工程技术人员提供了更加可靠的仿真方案。 Aiming at optimizing the belt drive system,a new simulation model of belt drive system is constructed.Firstly,this paper takes the synchronous belt drive system as the research object and expounds the basic structure and working principle of the belt drive system.Secondly,the dynamic analysis of the drive system of the synchronous belt is carried out,and dynamic characteristics of the synchronous belt are obtained.Finally,on the basis of dynamic analysis,the AMESim is used to build the ideal elastic model,the ideal viscous model and the ideal viscoelastic model of the belt drive system,respectively,and the system simulation is carried out.By comparing and analyzing the simulation results of the three models,it is shown that the error of the ideal viscous model is less than that of the ideal elastic model and the viscous model,which improves the reliability of the simulation of belt drive system and provides a more reliable simulation scheme for engineers and technicians.
