党建工作是高校工作的重要环节,做好党建工作,发挥党的先锋模范作用,对建设“双高”学校、提高人才培养质量具有重要意义。文章介绍新形势下高校基层党建与“双高”建设专业结合的现实意义与建设目标,分析建设思想,明确建设方向,并结合高校的探索与实践情况,指出具体的践行措施:明确党建的具体工作任务;实施“三亮”工程,推进全面从严治党;构建党建四大平台,发挥党员带头模范作用;拓展联系渠道,保证党建工作的实效性。

Party construction is an important link in the work of colleges and universities.Doing a good job of Party construction and giving full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of the party is of great significance to build a"double high"school and improve the quality of talent training.This paper introduces the practical significance and construction objectives of the combination of grass-roots Party construction and"double high"construction specialty in colleges and universities under the new situation,analyzes the construction thought,defines the construction direction,and points out the specific practical measures in combination with the exploration and practice of colleges and universities:clarify the specific tasks of Party construction;implement the"three bright"project and promote the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party;build four platforms for Party building and give play the exemplary and leading role of Party members;expand contact channels to ensure the effectiveness of Party building.
