乡村振兴背景下金融科技对农村产业融合发展的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Fintech on the Integrated Development of Rural Industries under the Background of Rural Revitalization

深入分析了金融科技影响农村产业融合发展的内在作用机制,构建了衡量农村产业融合发展水平的指标体系,并基于2011—2018年的省级面板数据进行实证检验。研究发现:金融科技对农村产业融合发展具有显著的正向影响,即金融科技水平的提升推进了农村产业融合进程。机制检验表明,金融科技主要通过加快农业技术创新、提升农村信贷支持两大途径促进农村产业融合发展。基于此,本文从培育农村新型业态、完善制度保障体系、鼓励多元主体参与等方面提出相应的政策建议。

This paper deeply analyzes the internal mechanism of fintech influencing the integrated development of rural industries,constructs an index system to measure the level of integrated development of rural industries,and conducts empirical tests based on provincial panel data from 2011 to 2018.The results show that fintech has a significant positive impact on the integration of rural industries,that is,the improvement of fintech level promotes the integration of rural industries.The mechanism test shows that fintech can promote the integrated development of rural industries mainly through accelerating agricultural technological innovation and enhancing rural credit support.Based on this,this paper puts forward corresponding policy suggestions from the aspects of cultivating new rural business forms,perfecting the institutional guarantee system and encouraging the participation of multiple subjects.
