大学生党员是青年学生中的先进分子,也是实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的中坚力量。文章分析高校学生党员发展与教育管理面临的问题及原因,探讨高校创新学生党员发展与教育管理模式的思路和措施。要抓好支部书记,健全带头人培养机制,解决支部工作活力不足的难题;抓好思想引领,健全教育机制,打破学生党员党性不足局限;抓好活动载体,创新工作机制,解决党员作用发挥不够的难题;抓好典型培养,健全激励机制,破解进取意识不强的难题。

College student Party members are not only the advanced elements among young students,but also the backbone to realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This paper analyzes the problems and reasons faced by the development and educational management of student Party members in colleges and universities,and probes into the ideas and measures of innovating the development and educational management mode of student Party members in colleges and universities.Teachers should pay close attention to the Party branch secretaries,improve the training mechanism of leaders,and solve the problem of insufficient vitality of the Party branch work;grasp the ideological guidance,improve the educational mechanism,and break the limitations of the lack of party spirit of student Party members;grasp the activity carrier,innovate the working mechanism,and solve the problem that the role of Party members is not enough;pay close attention to the cultivation of models,improve the incentive mechanism,and solve the problem of weak enterprising consciousness.
