增效减负是当下基础教育的主旋律,是素质教育的核心价值取向。在当前英语教学中,教师要积极践行“增效减负”,坚持以生为本,合理创新教学模式,切实减轻学生课业压力。文章从注重情感教育、减轻学生心理负担,立足学生兴趣、创设课堂教学情境,重视教学引导、提高课堂教学效率,根据学生特点、巧妙渗透德育内容,运用现代技术、创新课堂教学模式,“质”“量”并重、精心布置课后作业等方面对英语教学中“增效减负”的途径进行探究。

Increasing efficiency and reducing burden is the main melody of current basic education and the core value orientation of quality education.In the current English teaching,teachers should actively practice"increasing efficiency and reducing burden",adhere to student-oriented,reasonably innovate the teaching mode,and effectively reduce the pressure on students'schoolwork.This paper explores the ways of"increasing efficiency and reducing burden"in English teaching from the aspects of paying attention to emotional education,reducing students'psychological burden,based on students'interests,creating classroom teaching situations,paying attention to teaching guidance,improving classroom teaching efficiency,developing divergent teaching according to thinking characteristics,using modern technology,innovating classroom teaching mode,emphasizing"quality"rather than"quantity",and carefully arranging after-school homework.
