两“新”结合--新形态教材助力新教员成长 被引量:1

摘要 在理想教育教学活动中,教员与教材之间交互表达、交互实践,从而相辅相成,共同为课堂教学服务。但近年来,随着新教员队伍逐渐壮大,两者之间的纽带关系逐渐减弱,这主要是因为新教员教学能力不足,无法熟练地理解运用教材。并且当前教材所发挥的作用有限,无法给新教员的成长提供更多帮助。文章通过分析新教员特点,提出基于新形态教材培养建设优质新教员的思路,实现两“新”有效融合,共同发展。从高校新教员面临的切实问题出发,引出教员与教材之间的重要联系,探讨新形态教材对提升“新”教员教学能力的基础性作用,并概括课堂教学中一些典型应用案例。 In the ideal education and teaching activities,teachers and teaching materials interact to express and practice,so as to complement each other and serve the classroom teaching together.But in recent years,with the gradual growth of the new faculty,the link between the two is gradually weakened,mainly because the new teachers are lack of teaching ability,unable to skillfully understand and use the teaching materials.At the same time,the current teaching materials play a limited role,unable to provide more help to the growth of new teachers.By analyzing the characteristics of new teachers,this paper puts forward the idea of training and building high-quality new teachers based on the new form of teaching materials,so as to realize the effective integration of the two new and common development.Starting from the practical problems faced by new teachers in colleges and universities,this paper leads to the important relationship between teachers and teaching materials,discusses the basic role of new form of teaching materials in improving new teachers'teaching ability,and leads to the typical application cases in classroom teaching.
