贫液排放在低铜金矿炭浆工艺中的应用

摘要 对低铜金矿进行氰化浸出,探索铜在金浸出—吸附回收过程中的影响。结果表明:铜矿物的存在增加了环保浸金剂的消耗,降低了金的浸出率,造成金回收率的下降。经过试验研究,在低铜金矿炭浆工艺中,采用定期排放贫液的措施,显著降低了氰化矿浆中铜离子的浓度,从而提高了金的浸出率,降低了环保浸金剂的单耗,取得了显著的经济效益。 This paper discusses the effect of copper in the gold leaching-adsorption recovery by cyanide leaching of LG copper gold ores.The results show that the existence of copper mineral increases the consumption of environmental gold leaching reagent,reduces the leaching rate and recovery of gold.The test shows that the measure of discharging barren solution on a regular basis in the LG copper gold ores CIP process will significantly reduce the concentration of copper ion in cyanide pump,thus improving the leaching rate of gold,reducing the unit consumption of environmental gold leaching reagent and achieving remarkable economic benefits.
