摘要
针对大型卧式转炉停车制动后,炉体会出现3~4个扭转摆动的情况,借助ANSYS和RecurDyn软件进行了转炉动力学仿真,并结合设备结构和现场运行情况分析发生摆动的原因,提出了有针对性的解决方案和处理措施。
Aiming at the problem that the convertor body has 3~4 swing cycles after the system shutdown.After analyzing the causes,the dynamic simulation analysis is carried out by using ANSYS software and RecurDyn software,so as to find out the main influencing factors of swing amplitude,and put forward targeted solutions and treatment measures.
