中医骨科综合治疗骨伤患者后期肢体肿胀的效果

Effect of comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics on limb swelling in the late stage of patients with bone injury

目的探究骨伤患者后期肢体肿胀采用中医骨科综合治疗的效果,为改善患者症状及减少不良反应提供参考方案。方法选取聊城市茌平区人民医院2019年6月—2020年6月收治的108例骨伤后期肢体肿胀患者进行观察研究,通过随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各54例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组给予中医骨科综合治疗,比较两组患者肢体肿胀消散时间、住院时间、中医症候积分、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者肢体肿胀消散时间及住院时间分别为(4.25±0.76)和(7.16±1.32)d,均短于对照组的(7.58±1.37)和(11.48±1.59)d;观察组中医症候积分为(63.74±5.09)分,低于对照组的(79.52±3.46)分;观察组临床治疗总有效率为96.30%,高于对照组的77.78%,不良反应发生率为3.70%,低于对照组的18.52%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨伤患者后期肢体肿胀行中医骨科综合治疗效果明显,可有效缩短患者肢体肿胀消散时间及住院时间,且不良反应较少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of TCM orthopedic comprehensive treatment on limb swelling in the late stage of patients with bone injury,to provide a reference scheme for improving patient’s symptoms and reducing adverse reactions.Methods A total of 108 patients with limb swelling in the late stage of bone injury treated in Liaocheng Chiping District People’s Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected for observation and study,and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,while the observation group was given TCM orthopedic comprehensive treatment.The dissipation time of limb swelling,hospital stay,TCM symptom score,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of limb swelling and hospital stay in the observation group were(4.25±0.76)and(7.16±1.32)days,respectively,which were shorter than those in the control group with(7.58±1.37)and(11.48±1.59)days;the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was(63.74±5.09)points,which was lower than that of the control group with(79.52±3.46)points;the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 96.30%,which was higher than77.78%in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 3.70%,which was lower than18.52%in the control group,and the differences above all were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM orthopedic comprehensive treatment of limb swelling in the late stage of bone injury had significant effect,which could effectively shorten the dissipation time of limb swelling and hospital stay,and had less adverse reactions,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
