内固定治疗老年踝关节骨折的疗效研究

Study on the curative effect of internal fixation in the treatment of ankle fracture in the elderly

目的探究内固定治疗老年踝关节骨折的疗效,以提高老年踝关节骨折患者的生活质量。方法选取聊城市茌平区人民医院2018年9月—2019年9月收治的100例老年踝关节骨折患者展开对照研究,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组采用切开复位内固定治疗,对照组采用传统石膏外固定治疗。观察比较两组临床疗效、住院时间、骨折愈合时间以及生活质量。结果观察组总有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的86.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组骨痂生长评分明显高于对照组,住院时间、骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组生理机能、健康状况、社会功能、情感职能评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年踝关节骨折患者采取内固定治疗,可有效提升治疗效果,缩短骨折愈合时间与住院时间,提升患者骨痂生长评分以及生活质量,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective To explore the effect of internal fixation in the treatment of elderly ankle fracture,so as to improve the quality of life of elderly patients with ankle fracture.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with ankle fracture treated in Liaocheng Chiping District People’s Hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected for control study and divided into observation group and control group with50 cases in each group according to random number table method.The observation group was treated with internal fixation,and the control group was treated with traditional plaster external fixation.The clinical efficacy,hospital stay,fracture healing time and quality of life were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than86.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The callus growth score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and hospital stay and fracture healing time were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physiological function,health status,social function and emotional function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the treatment of internal fixation for elderly patients with ankle fracture,it could effectively improve the treatment effect,shorten the fracture healing time and hospital stay,and improve the callus growth score and quality of life of patients.It was worthy of clinical application and promotion.
