综合护理在新生儿高胆红素血症中的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive nursing on neonatal hyperbilirubinemia

目的评价新生儿高胆红素血症治疗中实施综合护理的效果,为提升高胆红素血症患儿护理效果提供参考方案。方法选取2019年11月—2020年12月的高唐县人民医院收治的高胆红素血症新生儿98例,根据不同的护理方法分为对照组和观察组各49例。观察组患儿实施综合护理,对照组患儿实施传统护理。比较两组患儿护理效果、护理前后胆红素水平、每日摄奶量、症状消退时间及家长的护理总满意率。结果观察组患儿护理总有效率为87.76%,高于对照组的69.39%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组胆红素水平明显低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组每日摄奶量多于对照组,症状消退时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组家长护理总满意率为95.92%,高于对照组的79.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿高胆红素血症治疗中实施综合护理可取得满意的护理效果,降低胆红素指数,缩短症状消退时间,增加摄奶量,提升家长护理满意率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia,and to provide a reference scheme for improving the nursing effect of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods A total of 98 newborns with hyperbilirubinemia treated in Gaotang County People’s Hospital from November 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 49 cases in each group according to different nursing methods.The children in the observation group received comprehensive nursing,while the children in the control group received traditional nursing.The nursing effect,bilirubin level before and after nursing,milk intake every day,symptom regression time and the nursing total satisfaction rate of parents were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 87.76%,which was higher than 69.39%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the level of bilirubin in the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing,and the level of bilirubin in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The milk intake every day of the observation group was more than that of the control group,and the symptom regression time was shorter than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing total satisfaction rate of parents in the observation group was 95.92%,which was higher than 79.59%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia could achieve satisfactory nursing effect,reduce bilirubin index,shorten the time of symptom regression,increase milk intake and improve the nursing satisfaction rate of parents,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
