新生血管性青光眼的治疗进展

Progress in the treatment of neovascular glaucoma

新生血管性青光眼(NVG)是目前眼科中治愈率比较低的疾病,目前并没有比较有效的治疗方案,而且该病的致盲率极高,会给患者带来极大的生活负担。对于该病来说,无法用传统青光眼治疗方案开展相应的治疗,患者会出现非常明显的眼压升高,而且很难通过自我调整或者药物治疗将其降低至正常值,同时会伴随明显的眼部疼痛和头部疼痛,严重影响患者的日常生活。虽然,目前对于NVG的临床治疗研究一直都在进行,但是由于该病的致病原因比较复杂,导致并未有一套切实有效的临床治疗方案,临床治疗效果并不理想。因此,对于NVG的临床治疗来说,通过早期检查和早期诊断,实现早期预防、早期治疗是最有效的防治措施,能够比较好地抑制高眼压问题。本文简要对NVG进行分析,从视网膜缺血的临床治疗、抗新生血管临床治疗以及抗青光眼治疗进展进行综述,为NVG的临床治疗提供参考方案。

Neovascular glaucoma(NVG)is a disease with a relatively low cure rate in the ophthalmology department,and there is no effective treatment plan at present.Moreover,the blindness rate of NVG is very high,which will bring a great burden of life to the patients.For this disease,it is impossible to carry out the corresponding treatment with the traditional glaucoma treatment scheme.Patients will have very obvious elevated intraocular pressure,and it is diffccult to reduce it to the normal value through self-adjustment or drug treatment.Meanwhile,obvious eye and head pain will be accompanied,seriously affecting the daily life of patients.Although clinical research on the treatment of NVG has been ongoing at present,due to the complex pathogenic causes of the disease,there is not a set of effective clinical treatment plan,and the clinical treatment effect is not ideal.Therefore,for the clinical treatment of NVG,early prevention and treatment are the most effective prevention measures through early examination and early diagnosis,which can better inhibit the problem of high intraocular pressure.This paper briefly analyzes NVG and summarizes the clinical treatment of retinal ischemia,anti neovascular clinical treatment and anti glaucoma treatment,so as to provide a reference scheme for the clinical treatment of NVG.
