摘要 项目组针对广州市城市信息模型(CIM)平台建设的需求,通过系统的技术研发与创新,本着“构建超大城市CIM数字底板、搭建CIM基础平台、开发智慧城市CIM+应用”的研究思路,建立了广州CIM标准体系,主编国内第一部CIM基础平台技术导则及其修订版,规定CIM基础平台的定位和功能、数据汇聚与管理等要求,创新性的构建CIM分级分类体系,解决多维度数据和多尺度模型高效融合及汇聚的问题,研发了高效渲染、服务聚合分发、施工图BIM智能审查技术等关键技术,解决海量多源异构数据的高效渲染和定制化服务场景快速调用等问题,实现80%混凝土结构的可量化强条的自动审查,引领性的完成智慧工地、城市更新等20多个场景应用示范。自广州CIM基础平台和施工图BIM审查系统上线以来,各类服务调用次数累计超过7000万次,超过400家单位参与BIM报审,报审面积达3326万平方米,政府重复投资和企业工程成本大幅节省,效益显著。 In response to the construction needs of Guangzhou City Information Modeling(CIM)platform,the project established a research idea of building a CIM digital backplane for mega cities,constructing a CIM basic platform,and developing smart city CIM+applications through systematic technology R&D and innovation.The project has formulated Guangzhou CIM standard system,the first domestic CIM basic platform technical guidelines and its revision,specified the positioning and functions,data aggregation and management requirements of the CIM basic platform,innovatively constructed a CIM classification system,solved multi-dimensional data to solve the problem of efficient integration and aggregation of multi-scale models,developed key technologies including efficient rendering,service aggregation and distribution,and intelligent review technology of BIM construction drawings,and solved the problems of efficient rendering of massive multi-source heterogeneous data and rapid invocation of customized service scenarios.So far this project realized the automatic review of quantifiable strength strips of 80%concrete structures,and led the completion of more than 20 scenarios of application demonstrations such as smart construction sites and urban renewal.Since the launch of the Guangzhou CIM basic platform and BIM construction drawing review system,various service calls have accumulated more than 70 million times,and more than 400 companies have participated in the BIM application for review,covering an area of 33.26 million square meters,which comes with significant savings and benefits for both government investments and enterprise projects.
