软土地区超高层建筑新型桩基与深基础沉降控制关键技术及应用 被引量:3

Key Technology and Application for Settlement Controlling of New Pile Foundation and Deep Foundation of Super High-rise Buildings in Soft Soil Area

摘要 项目组针对我国软土地区超高层建筑新型桩基与深基础沉降控制的建设需求,通过系统的技术研发与创新,创建了超长灌注桩设计施工与检测关键技术,研发了扩底抗拔桩和桩侧后注浆抗拔桩新技术,首次系统地开展了软土地区十余项高度200~600m超高层建筑基础沉降全过程实测研究,系统地建立了超高层建筑深基础沉降分析方法与沉降控制关键技术。该成果已在国内十余个地区逾五十项超高层建筑中得到成功应用,代表性项目包括天津117大厦(597m)、上海中心大厦(632m)、武汉中心大厦(438m)、武汉绿地中心(475m)、天津津塔(336.9m)、上海白玉兰广场(320m)等,为我国超高层建筑的建造提供了有力的技术支撑。 The construction requirements of new type of pile foundation and the deep foundation settlement controlling tech-nique of super high-rise buildings in soft soil areas in China has increased in past several decades.Based on systematic inves-tigation and innovation,the project team has developed a series of innovative technology of design,construction and detection techniques of super long cast-in-place pile,and invented a new technique of belled uplift pile and post grouting uplift pile on pile side.The characteristics of entire foundation settlement process for more than ten super high-rise buildings with a height of 200~600m in soft soil area have been carefully monitored and investigated for the first time.A new deep foundation settle-ment analysis method and settlement controlling techniques for super high-rise buildings are systematically established.The new method and techniques have been successfully applied in design and construction of more than fifty super high-rise build-ings in more than ten districts in China,including Tianjin 117 Plaza(597m),Shanghai Center Tower(632m),Wuhan Center Tower(438m),Wuhan Greenland Center(475m),Tianjin Tower(336.9m),Shanghai Magnolia Plaza(320m),etc.,providing solid technical supports for the construction of super high-rise buildings in China.
