多目标多要素协同的城市生态修复关键技术研究与应用

摘要 项目创新提出了以人为本的近自然城市生态修复理念,基于山体、水体、废弃地和绿地系统4类典型城市生态修复构建了多层次、全流程技术闭环的城市生态修复技术体系;提出了多目标多要素协同的城市生态系统评估与空间识别技术方法,构建城市生态空间安全格局和生态修复优先序;针对山体、水体、废弃地和城市绿地系统提升,分级分类分区提出适宜的城市生态修复关键技术,构建了包含城市整体和工程项目两个层级的生态修复标准体系,编制完成3项标准,填补了城市生态修复标准领域的空白;探索研究生态修复与城市高质量发展耦合关系,以终为始创新提出5种“生态修复+”模式,并在81个不同城市和137项工程中实践应用,形成研发-应用完整体系。 The project innovatively puts forward the people-oriented and close-to-nature concept for urban ecological restoration and constructed a multi-level and whole-cycle technology system of urban ecological restoration based on four typical ecological restoration in cities:namely mountains,water bodies,wasteland and green space system,the project.A urban ecosystem assessment and spatial identification technology method was proposed based on multi-objectives and multi-features collaboration,so as to construct urban ecological spatial security pattern and ecological restoration priority.Aiming at the upgrading of mountains,water bodies,wasteland and urban green space system,this project proposed appropriate key technologies of urban ecological restoration by classification and zoning.Ecological restoration standard system with three compiled standards was structured,including two levels of urban integrity and engineering projects,which has filled the gap in the field of urban ecological restoration standards.The coupling relationship between ecological restoration and urban high-quality development was explored,and five types of“ecological restoration+”model was constructed by starting with the end.The different models were applied in 58 cities and 137 projects respectively,which has formed a complete research-application system.
