生态美学视角下高校劳动教育体系的建构

Construction of Labor Education System in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Ecological Aesthetics

生态美学理论主张美的逻辑是人类实践基础上的生成之美,是人类劳动实践创造与自然规律之美的生态统一,是劳动创造价值与孕育美的生态统一。生态美学既包含自然生成之美,也包含人文与社会创造之美。基于此视角,高校应从类存在维度方面加强大学生自身劳动素养内驱力建设,从教学生态维度促进师生间劳动生态环境建设,从社会美学维度推进家校社协同劳动共育,从教育实践维度弘扬工匠精神、实现劳动教育知行合一,从而构建全面的“以人为本”的劳动教育体系,弘扬“工匠精神”,丰富劳动教育实践路径,推动劳动教育的生态美学品格升华与劳动文化沉淀。

The theory of ecological aesthetics advocates that the logic of beauty is the beauty generated on human practice,the ecological unity of the creation of human labor practice and the beauty of natural law,and the ecological unity of the value created by labors and breeding beauty.Ecological aesthetics includes the beauty generated by nature,as well as the beauty created by humanity and society.Based on this perspective,colleges and universities should strengthen the construction of the internal drive of college students'labor literacy from the dimension of existence;promote the construction of labor ecological environment between teachers and students from the dimension of teaching ecology;promote the cooperative labor and education of family,school and society from the dimension of social aesthetics;promote the craftsman spirit from the dimension of education practice and realize the unity of knowledge and practice in labor education;so as to build a comprehensive"people-oriented"labor education system,enhance the"craftsman spirit",enrich the practice path of labor education,promote the sublimation of ecological aesthetic character and the precipitation of labor culture.
