Rural dilapidated houses are referred to as rural dangerous houses. With the continuous acceleration of rural construction in China, relevant government departments have strengthened their attention to the reconstruction of rural dilapidated houses and put forward more comprehensive requirements for the engineering project. The reconstruction of rural dilapidated houses is closely related to the vital interests of the people. A good reconstruction project is conducive to ensuring the project,quality, improving the living standards of rural residents and reducing potential safety hazards in housing. As the working staff of the comprehensive service center for rural construction, we need to plan and coordinate the overall reconstruction of dilapidated houses in rural areas. In the specific reconstruction, we need to strengthen the supervision of cost and quality, control the reconstruction funds, prevent quality and safety hazards or safety accidents in the reconstruction project, and promote the rural housing security work.
