摘要
在大型机电安装工程暖通系统安装是机电工程的重要部分,为切实提高机电安装工程的效率、保证工程进度、降低施工成本。通过应用BIM技术对机电管线进行二次深化设计合理优化管线布局,对风管位置进行准确定位,为风管工厂化预制加工打下基础,同时保证后期风管安装过程中风管损耗率的有效控制,具有较好的经济效益。本文结合具体工程实例,阐述具体的实施方法。
The installation of HVAC system in large-scale mechanical and electrical installation project is an important part of mechanical and electrical engineering, in order to effectively improve the efficiency, ensure the project progress, and reduce the construction cost of mechanical and electrical installation engineering. Through the application of BIM technology for the second deepening design of mechanical and electrical pipelines, the pipeline layout has been optimized reasonably, and air duct locations have been positioned accurately, which lays a foundation for the industrialized prefabrication and processing of air duct, ensures the effective control of air duct loss rate in the later installation process, and achieves good economic benefits.Combined with a concrete project example, this paper expounds the specific implementation method.
