摘要
通过研究上海市松江区某商业综合体项目的商业定位、业态分布,结合装配式建筑的引导政策,从设计、工期、造价、商业营运四个维度进行分析,通过对比找出最优方案,最终实现了预制装配率的需求。验证了商业综合体项目采用钢结构体系实现装配式建筑预制装配率的可行性,并通过研究该案例的应用优势得出相应结论供参考。
By studying the commercial positioning and format distribution of a commercial complex project in Songjiang District of Shanghai City,combined with the guiding policy of prefabricated buildings,this paper analyzes it from the four dimensions of design,construction period,cost and commercial operation,proposes the best scheme by comparison and finally realizes the demand for prefabrication rate.This paper verifies the feasibility of using steel structure system to improve the prefabrication rate of prefabricated buildings in commercial complex,and draws corresponding conclusions by studying the application advantages of this case for reference.
