城市更新中传统街区建设规划设计探讨——以上饶市水南老街规划设计为例

Discussion on Planning and Design of Traditional Block Construction in Urban Renewal——Taking the planning and design of Shuinan old street in Shangrao City as an example

近年来,随着我国经济发展的转型,城市建设从粗放型的圈地发展逐步走向集约型的存量更新,对传统文化的保护日益被重视,承载着城市历史记忆的传统街区重塑和历史遗址保护成为城市更新发展的核心灵魂。本文以上饶历史文化传承的水南老街项目规划设计为例,通过梳理水南历史文化资源,找准支撑本项目的主打文化,对水南现状发展和上饶历史文脉传承所存在的问题进行分析总结;分别从城市功能、特色景观、街区尺度、街区风貌、交通组织等方面入手,提出城市更新时塑造城市传统街区的规划策略,为我国城市更新时其他类似的传统街区塑造提供借鉴意义。

In recent years,with the transformation of China’s economic development,urban construction has gradually moved from extensive enclosure development to intensive stock renewal.The protection and continuation of traditional culture have been paid more and more attention.The reconstruction of traditional blocks and the protection of historical sites carrying urban historical memory have become the core soul of urban renewal and development.Taking the planning and design of Shuinan old street project of Shangrao historical and cultural heritage as an example,this paper analyzes the current development of Shuinan and summarizes the problems existing in Shangrao historical and cultural heritage by combing Shuinan historical and cultural resources and identifying the main culture supporting the project.Starting from the aspects of urban function,characteristic landscape,block scale,block style and traffic organization,this paper puts forward the planning strategy of shaping urban traditional blocks during urban renewal,so as to provide reference for the shaping of other similar traditional blocks during urban renewal in China.
