超长灌注桩承载力及处理效果研究——以中共嘉兴市委党校迁建项目为例

摘要 以中共嘉兴市委党校迁建项目工程为例,研究了钻孔灌注桩在深厚软弱土处理中的应用效果。采用静载试验对试桩工程承载力进行检测,结果表明3根试桩极限承载力均为5050kN,满足设计要求。采用数值模拟方法建立地质模型,对上部结构施工过程中的桩土应力比、沉降量进行分析,根据数值模拟结果可知桩土沉降差、应力比随着施工过程表现为先增大后减小的变化过程,最终趋于稳定。静载试验和数值模拟结果均表明灌注桩在中共嘉兴市委党校迁建项目中的应用效果良好,可为类似工程提供参考。 Taking the relocation project of CPC Jiaxing Municipal Party School as an example,this paper studies the application effect of bored cast-in-place pile in the treatment of deep and weak soil.The static load test is used to test the bearing capacity of the targeted injection piles.The results show that the ultimate bearing capacity of 3 test piles is 5050kN,which meets the design requirements.The geological model is established by numerical simulation method,which analyzes the pile-soil stress ratio and settlement amount during the construction of the superstructure.According to the numerical simulation results,the pile-soil settlement difference and stress ratio increase first and then decrease with the construction process,and finally tend to be stable.Both static load test and numerical simulation results show that the application effect of cast-in-place pile in the relocation project of CPC Jiaxing Municipal Party School is good,which could provide reference for similar projects.
