摘要
本文针对农村住房质量安全管理方面存在的不足,通过对农村住房建设的走访调研、统计分析我国近十年农房坍塌事故,梳理了常见的农房坍塌原因,并深入分析了法律法规、标准体系、机制管理等方面的不足,为实现乡村振兴背景下宜居型农村住房质量安全管理提出了政策建议。
In view of the deficiencies in the quality and safety management of rural housing,through the site investigation and statistical analysis of rural housing construction in recent 10 years,this paper combs the common causes of rural housing collapse,analyzes deeply the deficiencies in laws and regulations,standard system and mechanism management,and puts forward policy suggestions for the quality and safety management of livable rural housing under the background of Rural Revitalization.
