名人故居作为一种独特的历史和文化遗存,往往具有无可替代的人文价值和历史意义。杭州作为历史文化名城,名人故居是其历史文化遗存的核心和宝贵财富之一。基于杭州现存近代名人故居概况、空间分布、名人类别分布、保护现状及其开发现状等方面的调查、整理和统计分析,总结并分析出名人故居选址是情系西湖,乐山乐水;建筑是中西融合,灵活自由;内涵是外客云集,多元包容的特色,体现出杭州城市包容、不断探索、创新的精神。

As a unique historical and cultural heritage, the former residence of celebrities often has irreplaceable humanistic value and historical significance. As a famous historical and cultural city, the former residence of celebrities is one of the core and precious wealth of its historical and cultural relics. Based on the survey, collation and statistical analysis of the existing former residence of modern celebrities in Hangzhou, including the general situation, spatial distribution, celebrity category distribution, protection status and development status, it is summarized and analyzed that the celebrity former residence location is in love with the West Lake, representing delight in Water and Mountains;architecture is the integration of China and the west, flexible and free;the connotation is the feature of gathering foreign guests with diversity and inclusiveness, which reflects the Hangzhou spirit of inclusiveness, exploration and innovation.
