铁路遗产保护利用及周边城市更新研究——以西安红旗铁路为例

Study on the Protection and Utilization of Railway Heritage and Renewal of Surrounding Citiesthe regeneration of surroundingareas——Case study of Hongqi railway in Xi’an

本文通过多项国际案例研究,总结铁路遗产保护和城市更新的双向支撑作用,并应用在西安红旗铁路更新的实践中。研究红旗铁路保护利用路径,并提出以铁路遗产为触媒,带动周边城市更新的多项策略,包括串联公共空间、优化慢行交通、增补服务设施、促进混合业态等,以期为废弃铁路遗产价值重塑及周边城市复兴做出有益探索。

Through numbers of international case studies,the preservation of railway heritage and utilization urban renewal experiences of railway heritage are summarized,andwhich are applied in the practice of Hongqi railway regeneration in Xi’an.This paper studies the protection and utilization path of Hongqi railway,and put forward a number of strategies to drive the renewal of surrounding cities with railway heritage as the catalyst,including connecting public space,optimizing slow traffic,adding service facilities,promoting mixed business forms,etc.,in order to make a beneficial exploration for the value remodeling of the abandoned railway heritage and the revitalization of surrounding cities.The method to use railway heritage as catalyst to drive the surrounding regeneration was studied in order to make a beneficial exploration for value remodeling of the abandoned railway heritage and the revitalization of surroundings area.
