思政课教师队伍一体化建设:价值、问题与路径 被引量:1

摘要 思政课教师队伍一体化建设是落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措,是促进思政课内涵式发展的关键抓手,是推动思政课一体化建设的根本保障。当前,思政课教师队伍一体化建设还存在诸多弊端:教师配置“数量不足”“质量不高”,一体化培训“不到位”,一体化源头培养“打折”,一体化沟通渠道不畅,一体化教学内生动力不足等。要想解决这些问题,亟需健全思政课教师队伍一体化建设制度,加强对存量思政课教师的一体化培训,重视对增量思政课教师的一体化培养,激发思政课教师自身一体化成长的内生动力等。 The integrated construction of ideological and political course teachers in primary school,middle school and university is an important measure to carry out the fundamental task of moral education,the key to promote the connotative development of ideological and political course,and the fundamental guarantee to promote the integration construction of ideological and political course.At pres⁃ent,the integrated construction of ideological and political course teacher team still has many disadvantages.The allocation of teacher team is“insufficient quantity”and“low quality”,the integration training is“not in place”,the integration source training is“discount⁃ed”,the integration communication channel is not smooth,the integration teaching endogenous power is insufficient,etc.In order to solve these problems,it is urgent to improve the integrated construction institutions of ideological and political course teachers,strength⁃en the integrated training of existing ideological and political course teachers,attach importance to the integrated training of incremen⁃tal ideological and political course teachers,and stimulate the endogenous motivation of the integrated growth of ideological and politi⁃cal course teachers.
