摘要 简述了近年来国内外关于填料对防腐涂层耐蚀性能影响的研究现状,综述了填料的分散工艺、种类、形状、添加量对于防腐涂层性能影响的研究进展,并重点阐述了4种填料改性技术对防腐涂层耐蚀性能的影响。对填料提高涂层耐腐蚀性能的机理进行了探讨,以期为环保型耐蚀涂层的研发以及油气田管道防腐措施的制定提供理论依据与技术支持。 The research status of the influences of fillers on the corrosive resistance of anti-corrosive coatings at home and abroad in recent years was briefly described. And the research progress of the effect of dispersion processes, types, shapes, and addition amounts of fillers on the performance of anti-corrosive coatings was summarized. Then, the effects of four kinds of filler modification technologies on the corrosive resistance of anti-corrosive coatings were emphatically described. Finally, in order to provide theoretical basis and technical support for the development of environmentally friendly anti-corrosive coatings and the formulation of anti-corrosive measures for oil and gas field pipelines, the mechanism of the fillers to improve the corrosion resistance of the coating was discussed.
