抗血小板治疗联合家庭支持对脑卒中患者远期生活质量和心理状态的影响

Effects of antiplatelet therapy combined with family support on long-term quality of life and psychological status of stroke patients

目的研究抗血小板治疗联合家庭支持对脑卒中患者远期生活质量和心理状态的影响效果。方法将150例康复期脑卒中患者随机分两组,每组各75例。试验组除门诊药物治疗(阿司匹林)和康复治疗外,由专业医护人员对患者家庭成员进行康复训练指导、心理指导并电话随访;对照组患者给予常规药物治疗。12个月后对两组患者的生活质量和心理状态进行问卷评估。结果试验组与对照组相比,生活质量较高[(148.35±45.24)vs(103.33±43.67),P<0.001,卒中后抑郁症发生率较低(9.3%vs 29.3%,P<0.001)],随访期间卒中再发风险下降(HR=0.36,P=0.04)。结论抗血小板治疗联合家庭支持可改善患者的生活质量、减少卒中后焦虑症发生率,降低脑卒中再发率。

Objective To explore long term effect of antiplatelet therapy combined with family support on stroke patients the effect of family support on the quality of life and mental state of stroke patients.Methods 150 convalescent stroke patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 75 cases in each group.Test group,In addition to outpatient drug treatment(aspirin)and rehabilitation treatment,professional medical staff conducted medical knowledge education,rehabilitation training guidance,psychological guidance and telephone follow-up for the family members of the patients;the control group received routine outpatient drug treatment and rehabilitation treatment.After 12 months,the quality of life and psychological state of the two groups were evaluated by questionnaire.Results The life quality of the experimental group was higher[(148.35±45.24)vs(103.33±43.67)](P<0.001),the incidence of post-stroke depression was low(9.3%vs 29.3%,P<0.001),and the risk of stroke recurrence decreased during follow-up(HR=0.36,P=0.04).Conclusion Antiplatelet therapy combined with family support can improve life quality,reduce the incidence of post-stroke anxiety and reduce the recurrence rate of stroke.
