品管圈在提高重症医学科护理人员手卫生依从性中的作用分析

Analysis on the role of quality control circle in improving hand hygiene compliance of nurses in intensive care department

目的探究品管圈在提高ICU护士手卫生依从性中的作用。方法将广东省江门市新会区人民医院42名护理人员作为研究对象,于2019年6月15日-2019年12月15日期间实行主题为提高ICU护士的手卫生依从性的品管圈活动,统计42名护理人员在品管圈活动进行前及进行后的诊疗操作前后、无菌操作前及脱手套后的手卫生依从性;统计品管圈活动执行前及执行后重症医学科医院感染发生情况;比较品管圈活动执行期间及执行前3个月每床速干手消毒剂日消耗量。结果品管圈活动进行前,重症医学科手卫生依从性低下,活动进行后重症医学科的护理人员各种操作进行前后的手卫生依从性显著提高(P<0.05);与活动进行前相比,活动完成后感染发生率下降,每床速干手消毒剂日消耗量显著增加。结论品管圈能够显著提高ICU护士手卫生依从性,降低医院感染率。

Objective To explore the role of quality control circle in improving hand hygiene compliance of nurses in intensive care department.Method All 42 nurses in our department were selected as the research object.From June 15,2019 to December 15,2019,implement a quality control circle activity with the theme of improving the hand compliance of nurses in the intensive care department.The hand hygiene compliance rate of 42 nursing staff before and after the quality control circle activity before and after the diagnosis and treatment operation,before aseptic operation and after taking off the gloves was counted.The incidence of nosocomial infections in our department during the execution of the quality control circle activity and 3 months before the execution is counted.The daily consumption of quick-drying hand sanitizer per bed during the execution of the quality control circle activity and 3 months before the execution was compared.Results Our department's hand hygiene compliance rate was not high before the quality control circle activities,and our department's nurses had significantly improved hand hygiene compliance before and after various operations after the activities(P<0.05).Compared with before the activity,the incidence of infection decreased after the activity,and the daily consumption of quick-drying hand disinfectant per bed increased significantly.Conclusion The quality control circle can significantly improve the hand hygiene compliance of nurses in the intensive care department and reduce the hospital infection rate.
