摘要 文章结合32 m简支箱梁静载试验,制订了高速铁路40 m预制简支箱梁静载试验方案,记录了试验梁的检测数据,结合Abaqus有限元仿真模拟以及理论计算对试验结果进行了分析。研究表明,梁场施工良好,刚度及抗裂性满足规范设计要求,模型及试验方法可为高速铁路40 m预制简支箱梁设计与施工提供重要参考。 Based on the static load test of 32 m simply-supported box girder,this paper formulates the static load test scheme of 40 m prefabricated simply-supported box girder for highspeed railway.The test data of the test beam are recorded,and the test results are analyzed in combination with Abaqus simulation and theoretical calculation.The research shows that the construction of the beam field is good,and the stiffness and crack resistance meet the design requirements of the specification.The model and test method can provide important references for the design and construction of 40 m prefabricated simply-supported box girder of high-speed railway.
