在役拱桥通航安全风险及抗撞性能的综合评估 被引量:2

摘要 随着我国交通基础设施建设的迅速发展,跨越通航水域的桥梁日益增多,然而船舶碰撞跨河桥梁存在的风险问题也逐渐增多,频频发生事故。为了提高在役拱桥通航安全风险及抗撞性能,文章以某在役拱桥为例,对大桥通航安全风险进行研究。研究发现,该桥存在桥梁通航净空尺度、防撞标准较低,桥梁未建设防撞设施,以及桥区导助航和警示标志不够完善等安全风险,针对上述风险,开展了桥梁抗撞性能评估和桥梁抗撞性能验算,结合评估及验算结果发现,该桥风险隐患程度等级为一般。 With the rapid development of transportation infrastructure construction in China,the number of bridges across navigable waters is increasing.However,the risk of ships colliding with bridges across the river is also increasing,and accidents occur frequently.In order to improve the navigation safety risk and anti-collision performance of in-service arch bridges,this paper takes an in-service arch bridge as an example to study the navigation safety risk of the bridge.The research found that there are some safety risks in the bridge,such as low bridge navigable clearance,low anti-collision standards,no anti-collision facilities built on the bridge,and the insufficient navigation aids and warning signs in the bridge area.In view of the above risks,the bridge anti-collision performance evaluation and the bridge anti-collision performance calculation are carried out.Combined with the evaluation and calculation results,it is found that the level of the risk and the hidden danger of the bridge is general.
