无大型吊装设备条件下高墩连续梁0#块托架的拆除施工技术——以成昆铁路新林官料河大桥为例

摘要 文章以成昆铁路新林官料河大桥100 m高墩0#块托架拆除施工为研究背景,详细介绍了在连续梁已施工完成,现场无塔吊等机械配合的情况下,利用钢丝绳、贝雷片和滑轮组等工具拆除0#块托架的施工技术。同时,总结了实际施工过程中的资源配置及施工注意事项,研究成果可为以后连续梁0#块托架拆除提供新的施工方法。 Based on the research background of the demolition construction of 0# block bracket of 100 m high pier of Xinlin Guanliaohe Bridge on Chengdu-Kunming Railway as the research background,this paper introduces in detail the construction technology of removing 0# block bracket with tools such as steel wire rope,Bailey piece and pulley block under the condition that the continuous beam has been completed and there is no mechanical cooperation such as tower crane on site.At the same time,the resource allocation and construction precautions in the actual construction process are summarized.The research results can provide a new construction method for the demolition of the 0# block bracket of continuous beam in the future.
