泡沬混凝土在建筑屋面工程中的应用——以福州地铁2号线竹岐停车场建筑工程为例

Application of Foam Concrete in Building Roof Engineering——Taking the Construction Project of Zhuqi Parking Lot of Fuzhou Metro Line 2 as an Example

泡沫混凝土是一种新型轻质保温材料,具有强度可调整、自密实、施工和易性好、隔热耐火、隔音抗冻等特点。将泡沫混凝土应用于屋面施工中,能够改善屋面保温隔热性能,降低屋面荷载,具有良好的应用和推广价值。文章以福州地铁2号线竹岐停车场建筑工程为例,深入探讨泡沫混凝土配合比设计,并总结了泡沫混凝土浇筑施工的技术要点,以期为建筑工程施工提供有益的参考。

Foam concrete is a new type of lightweight thermal insulation material,which has the characteristics of adjustable strength,self-compacting,good construction workability,heat insulation and fire resistance,sound insulation and frost resistance.The application of foam concrete in roof construction can improve the thermal insulation performance of the roof and reduce the roof load,which has good application and promotion value.Taking the construction project of Zhuqi parking lot of Fuzhou Metro Line 2 as an example,this paper deeply discusses the mix proportion design of foam concrete,and summarizes the technical points of foam concrete pouring construction,so as to provide a useful reference for construction engineering.
