随着我国现代化技术改革的推进和机械化科技水平的不断提高,现在建筑工程领域内操作设备逐渐转向机械自动化,机械化技术为施工单位提供了无法替代的生产力。建筑工程机械化进程标志着我国机械设备安装技术逐渐走向成熟,在工程建设中的应用越来越广泛。文章通过分析建筑工程机械设备维护保养的重要性,指出了当前建筑工程机械设备维护保养中存在的问题,并从技术人员、机械设备、管理模式、维护标准、保养手段等多个方面对建筑工程机械设备维护保养方法进行了分析,并探究如何将其更好地运用到设备日常维护中。

With the advancement of China’s modern technology reform and the continuous improvement of mechanization technology level,the operation equipment in the field of construction engineering is gradually turning to mechanical automation,and mechanization technology provides irreplaceable productivity for construction units.The mechanization process of construction engineering marks the gradual maturity of China’s mechanical equipment installation technology,and its application in engineering construction is becoming more and more extensive.By analyzing the importance of maintenance of construction machinery and equipment,this paper points out the current problems existing in the maintenance of construction machinery and equipment,and analyzes the maintenance methods of construction machinery and equipment from the aspects of technicians,machinery and equipment,management mode,maintenance standards and maintenance means,and explores how to better apply it to the daily maintenance of equipment.
