随着移动网络信号的覆盖范围越来越广,网络速率不断提升,基于移动网络的物联网技术在设备管理方面的开发与应用越来越广泛。针对施工企业设备管理难度大、设备利用率掌握难、设备管理智能化水平低等情况,文章在分析企业设备管理现状后,为了全面实时了解企业设备的分布、设备的运转情况和利用率等情况,基于物联网技术进行企业设备管理系统的研究与应用。通过对企业多个项目设备的实际安装与应用,提高了设备管理智能化水平,该系统具有极高的推广应用价值。

With the wider coverage of mobile network signals and the continuous improvement of network speed,the development and application of Internet of Things technology based on mobile network in equipment management are more and more extensive.In view of the difficulty of equipment management,the difficulty in grasping equipment utilization rate and the low intelligent level of equipment management in construction enterprises,this paper analyzes the current situation of equipment management in enterprises.In order to fully understand the distribution of enterprise equipment,the operation and utilization of the equipment in real time,it conducts the research and application on enterprise equipment management system based on Internet of Things technology.Through the actual installation and application of equipment in multiple projects of the enterprise,the intelligent level of equipment management has been improved,and the system has extremely high promotion and application value.
