摘要
随着特长大断面隧道沥青路面施工工作面与洞口距离的增加,工作面的空气流通速度与能见度会逐步下降,不良的通风会影响施工作业人员的身体健康和施工设备工作性能,而不良的照明会影响施工效率与作业安全。对此,文章以惠清高速公路项目单洞长度超过4 km的南昆山隧道工程为研究背景,通过开展通风技术设计及照明技术设计,确定施工现场通风与照明布设的具体情况,并通过现场试验验证了其技术的可行性,研究成果可为类似特长大断面隧道沥青路面施工提供参考。
With the increase of the distance between the working face and the opening of the extra-long large section tunnel asphalt pavement construction,the air circulation speed and visibility of the working face will gradually decrease.Poor ventilation will affect the health of construction workers and the working performance of the construction equipment,while poor lighting will affect the construction efficiency and operation safety.In this regard,this paper takes the Nankunshan tunnel project with a single tunnel length of more than 4 km in Huiqing Expressway project as the research background.Through the design of ventilation technology and lighting technology,the specific conditions of ventilation and lighting layout in the construction site are determined,and the feasibility of the technology is verified by field test.The research results can provide references for the construction of asphalt pavement of similar extra-long large section tunnels.
