摘要
为了解决城市组团或片区的交通问题,迫切需要对常发性拥堵点段进行科学、系统的优化改造,充分利用有限的道路空间对既有道路扩能挖潜,以保障道路安全、有序地运行。文章在分析北京市交通拥堵现状特性的基础上,以北京市玲珑路西口改造工程为例,系统地论述了具体的改造方案内容及方法,并通过实地调研分析对优化改造方案进行效用评价。研究表明,改造工程实施后,道路通行能力提升,排队长度减少,交通延误降低,道路拥堵状况得以有效缓解,交叉口整体通行效率提高。
In order to solve the traffic problems in urban groups or areas,it is urgent to scientifically and systematically optimize and transform the frequently-occurring congestion points,and make full use of the limited road space to expand the capacity and tap the potential of the existing roads to ensure the safe and orderly operation of roads.Based on the analysis of the current situation and characteristics of traffic congestion in Beijing,this paper takes the reconstruction project of the west entrance of Linglong Road in Beijing as an example,systematically discusses the contents and methods of the specific reconstruction scheme,and evaluates the effectiveness of the optimized reconstruction scheme through field investigation and analysis.The research shows that after the implementation of the reconstruction project,the road capacity is improved,the queue length is reduced,the traffic delay is reduced,the road congestion is effectively alleviated,and the overall traffic efficiency of the intersection is improved.
