基于装配式建筑实训基地建设的高职教育适应性研究

Research on the Adaptability of Higher Vocational Education Based on the Construction of Prefabricated Building Training Base

随着建筑工业化的发展,我国亟须装配式建筑方面的技术技能型人才,但是目前高职院校的专业建设、课程建设及培养的人才与目前的建筑行业需求表现出不适应性。文章针对这种现状,深入分析了装配式建筑生产工艺、岗位能力需求与传统建筑工艺的变化情况。通过建设实训基地强化学生的动手能力、激发学习兴趣并提高双创能力,将实训基地与行业企业深度融合,进行“1+X”制度与“三教”改革,从根本上满足建筑行业的适应性要求,并提出了相应的具体措施,可为增强高职装配式建筑专业的社会适应性提供参考。

With the development of construction industrialization,there is an urgent need for technical and skilled talents in prefabricated construction in China.However,the professional construction,curriculum construction and training of talents in higher vocational colleges are not adaptive to the needs of the current construction industry.In view of this situation,this paper deeply analyzes the changes of prefabricated building production process,job ability requirements and traditional construction technology.Through the construction of training bases to strengthen students’ practical ability,stimulate their interest in learning and improve their ability of innovation and entrepreneurship,the training bases are deeply integrated with industry and enterprises,and the reform of "1 + X" system and "three teachings" is carried out to fundamentally meet the adaptability requirements of the construction industry,and the corresponding specific measures are put forward,which can provide references for enhancing the social adaptability of the prefabricated building specialty in higher vocational colleges.
