关于采煤塌陷区土地开发利用的几点思考

采煤塌陷区土地开发利用近年来已成为一个热点、难点问题,如何科学高效的对采煤塌陷区土地进行开发利用、及时恢复治理受损土地资源意义重大。文中以东部高潜水位矿区采煤塌陷区土地的治理情况为切入点,在分析塌陷区土地利用现状和不同开采条件土地损毁特征的前提下,归纳总结了采煤塌陷区土地的开发利用模式,最后对治理过程中涉及到的治理时机、治理模式、规划衔接、沉陷预计等问题进行了深入分析并提出建议。

Land development and utilization had become a hot and difficult problem in recent years in coal mining subsidence area.How to develop and utilize scientifically and efficiently the land in coal mining subsidence area and restore and treat the damaged land resources in time had the great significance.Taking the treatment of the coal mining subsidence land with the high phreatic level in the eastern mining area as the starting point,on the premise of analyzing the land utilization current of the coal mining subsidence and the characteristics of the land damage under different mining conditions,the modes of the land development and utilization were summarized in coal mining subsidence area,and finally,the treatment opportunity,the treatment mode,the planning connection and the settlement prediction and other problems were analyzed deeply and the suggestions were put forward in the treatment process.
