摘要
本文以杭州市桐庐康乐小区二期提升改造工程为例,针对早期探索阶段基于既有居住建筑节能改造基础上实施的老旧小区综合整治工程,通过对综合改造内容、技术方案及改造效果的分析,总结改造经验做法,为“十四五”时期大规模开展老旧小区改造工作提供工程经验。
Taking the phase II reconstruction and upgrading project of Tonglu Kangle community in Hangzhou as an example,aiming at the comprehensive renovation project of old communities implemented based on the energy-saving transformation of existing residential buildings in the early exploration stage,this paper analyzes the comprehensive renovation content,technical scheme and renovation effect,summarizes the experience and practices of renovation,so as to provide engineering experience for the large-scale renovation of old communities during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period.
