我国建筑工程招投标管理存在的问题及策略

建筑行业在我国经济发展中起到了一定的带动作用,推动了中国城镇化进程。在实施工程项目管理工作中,招投标管理是整个招标管理系统中的重要内容,需要高度重视,招投标质量管理对工程质量具有直接相关性。当前建筑工程项目招投标管理依然存在一些问题,需要采用科学有效的措施解决,以维护人们的生命财产不受危害。本文着重研究我国建筑工程招投标管理存在的问题并提出有效解决策略。

In China's economic development,the construction industry has played a leading role in promoting the acceleration of China's urbanization.In the implementation of engineering project management,bidding management is the key content and needs to be attached great importance to,which is also an important content in the whole bidding management system.How the quality management of bidding and tendering is directly related to the quality of the project.However,judging from the current bidding management of construction projects,there are still some problems that need to be solved by scientific and effective measures to protect people's lives and property from harm.This paper focuses on the research on the problems and effective strategies of the bidding management of construction projects in our country.
