某航空兵部队地勤官兵腰痛危险因素分析

Risk Factors Analysis of Low Back Pain in Ground Service Officer and Soldiers of Air Force Aviation

目的调研某航空兵部队地勤官兵腰痛的患病率及相关危险因素,为做好官兵腰痛防治策略提供依据。方法采取腰痛相关问卷调查和查体相结合的方法,随机抽取空军航空兵某部地勤官兵500名,以是否罹患腰痛分为腰痛组与非腰痛组。比较两组地勤官兵在一般情况、生活方式和工作情况是否存在差异,并统计腰痛的患病情况,分别采用单因素分析和多因素Logistic回归分析腰痛发生的危险因素。结果共调查483名地勤官兵,其中273名罹患腰痛,患病率56.52%,以轻、中度疼痛为主(91.21%),疼痛性质主要为酸痛。单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析表明军龄>8年,职业是哨兵、炊事、司机以及吸烟,有含胸、伏案、跷二郎腿等不良习惯是腰痛发生的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论地勤官兵腰痛患病率较高,应加强地勤官兵腰痛的诊疗和防治工作,降低其腰痛发生率,提高飞行保障能力。

Objective To investigate the prevalence rate and related risk factors of low back pain in ground service officers and soldiers of Air Force Aviation,so as to provide basis for prevention and treatment of low back pain in officers and soldiers.Methods A total of 500 ground service officers and soldiers of an Air Force Aviation were randomly selected and divided into low back pain group and non-low back pain group.The differences in general situation,lifestyle and work situation between the two groups were compared,and the prevalence situations of low back pain were counted.The risk factors of low back pain were analyzed by single factor analysis and multivariate Logistic regression.Results A total of 483 ground service officers and soldiers were investigated,of which 273 suffered from low back pain,the prevalence rate was 56.52%,mainly mild and moderate pain(91.21%),and the nature of pain was sore.Single factor and multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the independent risk factors for low back pain were length of military service>8 years and which occupations were sentry,cook,driver,as well as bad habits like smoking,holding the chest,stooping over desk and crossing leg(P<0.05).Conclusion The prevalence rate of low back pain in ground service officers and soldiers is high.We should strengthen the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of low back pain in ground service officers and soldiers,for reducing the incidence of low back pain and improve their flight support capability.
