扬子鳄不同组织中褪黑素受体MT1的表达

摘要 褪黑素是由松果体合成分泌的一种激素,可以与褪黑素受体结合,在动物生殖、生物钟、免疫、抗自由基等方面都有重要影响。本文运用免疫组织化学方法(ABC法)观察了褪黑素受体MT1在扬子鳄卵巢、精巢、胸腺及脾脏中的表达与分布。结果显示,褪黑素受体MT1在3月和7月卵巢的卵泡细胞层、生殖上皮以及9月卵巢的卵泡细胞层均有表达;MT1在1月和10月精巢的精原细胞、初级精母细胞以及8月精巢的精原细胞、初级精母细胞和间质细胞中存在阳性位点;且MT1在胸腺和脾脏的淋巴细胞中也有分布。以上结果说明,褪黑素对于扬子鳄的季节性生殖及其免疫调节可能具有重要作用。 Melatonin is a hormone synthesized and secreted by the pineal gland, which can bind to melatonin receptors and play an important role in animal reproduction, biological clock, immunity, anti-free radical and other aspects. In this study, The expression and distribution of melatonin receptor MT1 in ovary, testis, thymus and spleen of Chinese alligators were observed by immunohistochemical method(ABC method). The results showed that MT1 was expressed in follicular cell layer and reproductive epithelium of ovary in March and July and in follicular cell layer of ovary in September. MT1 was positive in spermatogonia and primary spermatogonia in January and October as well as in spermatogonia, primary spermatogonia and stromal cells in August. MT1 was also found in lymphocytes of thymus and spleen. These results suggest that melatonin may play an important role in seasonal reproduction and immune regulation of Chinese alligators.
